Purpose and legal basis<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Responding to inquiries and quote requests<\/strong>: we process the information you submit through our forms in order to reply to you or call you, prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Newsletter<\/strong>: based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by sending us a message.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Google Map<\/strong>: loads only if you allow it in the cookie banner (consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)<\/strong>: only if you allow it in the cookie banner (consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data is processed on our behalf by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred outside the EU (e.g. to the US) under the safeguards of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Form spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA v3)<\/strong>: when you use a form, Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited) loads to check that the submission comes from a person. It processes technical data (e.g. IP address, browser, interaction with the page) on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our forms from abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/terms?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms of Service<\/a> apply.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Website security<\/strong>: technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. How long we keep it<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Messages and quote requests: up to 2 years from our last contact, unless we work together, in which case our tax and accounting obligations apply.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Technical server logs: for as long as the hosting provider retains them for security purposes.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Who has access<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Access is limited to our team and the partners who help us run the website (our hosting provider and email provider), who are bound to protect it. As a member of the EasyMedia 360 Digital Agency group, we may work with the group\u2019s team to deliver your project.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you allow the map, Google Ireland Limited receives technical data such as your IP address, in accordance with its own <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy?hl=el\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
