Custom software
We build applications from scratch for processes no off-the-shelf software covers, with clean code and documentation for the future.
We develop IT applications that solve real problems: custom software, web applications, automations and ERP and CRM integrations, so your systems work together and your team saves time.
In many businesses, a large part of the day is lost to repetitive tasks: copying orders from the e-shop into the business software, updating stock by hand, building reports in Excel every Monday. The IT applications we develop target exactly that. This is software designed around the way you work, not an off-the-shelf program you have to adapt to.
Solutions can take many forms. An internal web app where sales reps enter quotes and check availability from anywhere. An integration that automatically syncs prices and stock between your ERP and WooCommerce. A portal where your resellers place orders and download invoices. An automation that sends an alert when a product runs out or a payment is overdue. Small or large, they all share the same goal: fewer errors and more time for meaningful work.
FoxWeb has more than 15 years of web development experience, with a focus on WordPress and WooCommerce. That means we know exactly how data travels between a website, an online store and internal systems. We always start by mapping your process, propose the simplest solution that gets the job done and build in stages, so you see benefits early without putting your day-to-day operations at risk.
From a small tool that saves hours every week to a full-scale platform, we design software that fits your size and pace.
We build applications from scratch for processes no off-the-shelf software covers, with clean code and documentation for the future.
We build applications that open in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with no installation and secure role-based access.
We connect your e-shop, business software, CRM and payment or courier platforms, so data flows automatically from one system to another.
We replace manual, repetitive processes with automations that run reliably in the background and alert you only when needed.
We bring sales, stock and other metrics together in dashboards that update themselves, for decisions based on real data.
We take care of updates, backups, access control and monitoring, so your applications run reliably and securely.
The point of a software project isn't the technology but the difference you feel in your work. These are the results we aim for in every project.
We observe how your team works today, what systems it uses and where time is lost or errors happen.
We present the architecture, phases and costs in plain terms, separating what's essential now from what can come later.
We build in small steps with regular demos, testing each piece with real data before it goes into everyday use.
We train your users, deliver documentation and remain available for support, improvements and any new needs that come up.
We explain the technical options without jargon, so you can decide with a clear picture of the cost, time and benefits.
Our many years of work with WooCommerce give us hands-on knowledge of the challenges Greek e-shops face with ERP systems, couriers and myDATA (Greece’s e-invoicing platform).
We don’t push overly complex systems. We choose the simplest sustainable solution that meets your needs today and holds up tomorrow.

Off-the-shelf programs are often the right choice, and we'll tell you when that's the case. Custom software is worth it when your process is unique, when you're paying for licenses for features you don't use, or when your team resorts to Excel and manual workarounds to fill the gaps. Often the best answer is a combination: an off-the-shelf system plus a small app that complements it.
In most cases, yes, as long as the ERP offers some way to access its data, such as an API, web services or file exports. We usually sync products, prices, stock, customers and orders in one or both directions. Before quoting, we review what your system can do, so you know from the start what's feasible.
A website mainly presents information. A web application lets users get things done: enter data, manage orders, approve requests or view reports. It runs in the browser, with nothing to install, and can have different permissions for each user. It's ideal for internal tools, partner portals and customer platforms.
Security is designed in from the start, not bolted on at the end. We use encrypted connections, role-based access, regular backups and up-to-date software libraries. When the application handles personal data of customers or employees, we take GDPR requirements into account, such as data minimization and access logging. The application can also be hosted on servers within the European Union.
There’s no standard price, because every project differs in scope and complexity. A simple automation can be completed quickly, while a platform with many users and integrations needs more phases. That’s why we start with a short analysis and give you a written proposal with deliverables, cost and timeline per phase, with no commitment until you decide.
